{pretty, happy, funny, real}

~ Capturing the context of contentment in everyday life ~
C enthusiastically looks for all signs of spring, especially happy to find little flowers on our nature walks.

These two have had an electric relationship since Missy L was in the womb. C was just the right height for Missy L to get to know her voice before she was born. Once here, L knew if C was near and voiced her opinion to having mommy all to herself. C never seemed offended at her baby sister's reactions to her. Twenty months later, they are showing signs of electric happiness. They have their moments still, but generally they make each other happy. When one comes in the room, the other smiles. There are kisses and hugs all day.

I found this on my office chair - a gift of a balloon cross proudly made by C.

We needed organization for the shoes by the back door and N offered to put together a bookcase for me  for a quick fix. He had lots of help from his sisters. Hopefully since they have a stake in making the bookcase, they will keep it filled.
I think its funny that N and C both do the tongue twist when they are building - just like daddy.

  1. "the tongue twist" - I didn't know it had a name! I'll have to remember it.

    Cute pictures.
